Even if it's just to ask about what counselling actually is, theres no such thing as a stupid question. I aim to respond as soon as possible. I check my mailbox regurally, and will reach out as soon as possible.

Considerations

• Your enquiries are confidential and are deleted when the enquiry has completed.
• Individuals aged 14 - 18, do not need parental, carer or guardian consent and it is not a requirement to inform them of any shedualed counselling sessions or any of the content unless there is an emergency.
• I am available for counselling sessions online and face to face. However, for face to face appointments please be aware that I am based in Hucknall, Nottinghamshire.
