    Klarna, PayPal & WCSS

Sometimes counselling is needed urgently, or it simply feels like the right time to begin, but the funds aren’t immediately available. Klarna and PayPal offer a short window of support by allowing you to access sessions now and spread the cost over manageable monthly instalments

Building the Foundations: WCSS Services Available For Klana & PayPal

A block of 4 counselling sessions is available, which can be paid for through monthly instalments to Klarna. This does not mean you are limited to only 4 sessions overall — it simply provides a manageable starting point so that you do not take on unnecessary or unmanageable debt.

IMPORTANT: Please review these considerations very carefully before commiting to a Klarna &PayPal agreement for Counselling sessions.

Introduction: Using Klarna & Paypal for Counselling Sessions

Klarna and Paypal are considered a credit provider — specifically a regulated consumer credit service — in the UK. It allows for individuals to take out small loans and pay back by installments. Its trnasparent consumer friendly approach make it a safter option to pay for smaller purchases that they may need but are confident that they have the means to pay back over a short set period of time, usually over a 3 to 6 month period.

Why Klarna & PayPal Have Been Chosen

I have chosen Klarna and PayPal as a payment methods to finance a limited number of counselling sessions incase someone is in need of the support and/or feel that its the right time to start, but are awaiting funds to pay to begin sessions from their income.

I have also chosen Klarna and PayPal as credit providers for WCSS because of their transparent practices, ethical standards, and clear duty of care toward their customers. Klarna and PayPal does not use hidden fees, agendas, or misleading intentions, and their approach aligns with the responsible payment principles upheld by Wright Counselling and Supervision Service.

This section is important to read before taking out any loan or credit agreement to pay for counselling sessions through Klarna.

Before committing to counselling sessions using Klarna, I will ask for you to complete a WCSS Klarna & PayPal Considerations Form. By signing this form (wet signature), you confirm that you have read and fully understood the considerations involved in taking out a loan. Only after this form is completed will you receive a secure link to the payment portal where Klarna can be used for Wright Counselling and Supervision Service.

If you are interested in using Klarna as a prefered payment method, please contact me at: Ben@wrightcounsellingwcss.com and we can spend some time getting to know eachother and going through the process for a free 30 minute chat. the aim is not to judge or make the WCSS application process difficult. Its to just make sure that taking out a loan is not going to pose any future difficulties for you and that you are fully aware of what it means. The last thing that this process is about is causing any financial issues for you. Its to help eliminate barriers and blocks that sometimes might be presented in the initial stages of the counselling process.

WCSS DOES accept Klarna payments, but we have a duty of care to act responsibly. The intention is never to place anyone in financial difficulty, which is why Klarna payments are limited to 4 sessions at a cost of £55 Per 60 minute session.

We would need to review these considerations together before taking out any loan or credit agreement, as mentioned above.

If you believe you may struggle to repay the loan, please DO NOT take out a Klarna agreement. Consider alternative options instead. Klarna is intended for people who may not have funds immediately but who have the means and intention to repay the loan on the dates agreed between the individual taking out the loan and Klarna.

Any Feedback About The Information On This Page

It's essential that Wright Counselling & Supervision remains transparent about information relating to payments and credit. If there is any information not covered in this statement that you feel is important to understand about how Klarna integrates with Wright Counselling and Supervision Service, please contact: benjamin@wrightcounsellingwcss.com.

    Important Considerations

IMPORTANT: Please fully read and consider the following before taking out a loan agreement

    1) Ability to Repay

During the repayment period you have agreed with Klarna and PayPal, are you confident that your current cashflow allows you to repay the full amount on time, without risking missed payments, bad credit, or default? If the answer is no, please strongly consider not taking out a loan until your financial circumstances improve and you can reassess safely.

    2) Impulse or Desperation

Are you making this decision out of impulse or desperation for support? If you answered yes to either, please reconsider taking out credit. Using credit impulsively is not a safe route to receiving help and may worsen your overall circumstances.

    3) Klarna & PalPal's Credit Check System

Klarna operates on a system that considers your spending and repayment history across other services. This is also known as a credit check. Please do not take out credit that could compromise your reputation, trust score, or standing with the Klarna platform.

    4) Age Requirements

WCSS can accept Klarna payments from adults (18+) who are paying for children’s or young people’s services. Payments cannot be accepted from anyone under 18. Although Klarna normally prevents under‑18s from using their service, rare exceptions may occur, so this safeguard is included.

    5) Credit Utilisation

Taking out credit increases your overall credit utilisation. If your utilisation rises above 30% across all credit accounts, your credit score may be affected. Please check your credit information (e.g., ClearScore, Equifax).

If taking out a Klarna loan is likely to push your utilisation above 30%, and you are concerned about the impact on your credit score, please consider another payment option.
